Our custom clothing process is quick and easy. You can expect turnaround times of between 3-4 weeks from order sign off to delivery, and at any point in the process our dedicated team are here to help. With a large range to choose from including options from recreational rider to World Tour Pro, we have the clothing and expertise for you to be riding in both style and comfort.

1. CONTACT

• Reach out to us via our contact form
• One of our dedicated custom team will contact you and arrange a call to discuss our range, advise on the best options and explain the order process

2. DESIGN & ORDER

• You can choose to either work with our own in house designers or get creative and develop your own ideas. Whichever you prefer we're here to support you
• Upon completion of the design process, all garments will have templates completed for the design to be signed off
• Once you're happy with the designs we'll provide the final quotation and you will be asked to sign off the final design before production is started
  

3. TEAMS & GROUPS

• We are happy to tailor packages for large clubs and teams, facilitating payment as a group or individually, therefore no 'middle man' required
• We can operate to 'order windows' that you determine based on your needs

4. PRODUCTION

• We will keep you posted throughout the production process so you know exactly where we're up to.

5. DELIVERY

• Packed up and delivered to your door, all you have to do is open the package and get out there
• For large clubs and teams we are happy to deliver directly to each individual, saving you time and effort

6. AFTER SERVICE

• Let us know how you're getting on and provide us with feedback or maybe a review on our site or on facebook
